“Moore’s Law” was Intel founder Gordon Moore’s 1965 observation that the complexity of integrated circuits with respect to wholesale price appeared to double annually. Since then, this “Law” has been refined and extended to embrace the widespread recognition of exponentially increasing consumer electronics features.
